bought this new off of ebay. First owner (box was sealed tight when I got it).

I have put several versions of custom ROMs on it. I have unlocked and have put a different radio ROM on the device as well. I can put phone back to stock before I ship to you.

I have a clear plastic case for it as well as 2 new screen protectors.

I will post some pictures of the phone tonight. Just throwing this out there for now.

NOTE: Please notice the smudge picture. I don't understand how this got there or if it was there from the start. The paint isn't chipped, it's sorta pushed over a little bit. That's the only blemish.

I'd like to add that yes, you do get the charger and cable. I didn't include those in the pic. Also, the manual, extra stylus and even the open bags are yours. I'm even throwing in a cleaning cloth.

Screen protectors show an HTC Tilt but sticker on the front says for diamond.

I thought I did in the first post. My bad.

This is a clean ESN. I purchased a different phone as a contract extension. I can acquire proof if you wish.

Because of the holiday, I am unable to ship this out until Monday. If the purchaser is from here, they will have to understand that I can't even Fed Ex the product until Monday morning. I'd like to end it today but the 'she' said that we are going back home for Thanksgiving tonight instead of tomorrow. I will still check offers (got 1 so far) and if payment is made by Sunday, I'll get it out the door Monday.
