sorry i'm a little late to this Matt, so here's my evaluation to recommend you to (and it's a big plus to the 10th power)... he's a good man to do business with. i bought a touch a while back from him and a mogul (which came today @ 12) recently. great communication (110%, maybe an even higher scale) and zero complaints. as soon as the device comes to you, you can post in the feedback for sales thread. :D

well i understand that situations can arise. and it all started good, was gonna get another mogul, but then i was told that a touch was avail by the seller (since he got a new blackberry) and after some debate, i decided to take the touch for the same price... everything has went smoothly from the reservation to the final payment for my touch, and that my friends is where we are at currently. now this cat has a good rep with handling deals in the past so i am trying to be patient and wait for the resolution....

yeah it throws me off when i see "blankd3ckskat3r" lurking around, because it could be his girlfriend (whom posted the above post) - and i know he's out of state right now, and he replied to an email that there was some issue with the ESN that would resolved today (or yesterday technically) but havent heard from him since. havent tried calling him since i dont have a number, but i have tried IM, Email, PM, etc...
