Mogul Barter.................
 

Thinking about trading one of my SPRINT Moguls for a SPRINT Touch.

The 6800 is Brand new and has never been activated its in original box with everything that came with it. Anyone got a brand new Touch?
I had one and just a few weeks ago sold it and then BANG it got GPS and REV-A. The only time it has been out of the box was to flash the new leaked Sprint ROM (3.49, radio 3.39.10) before I tried it on my every day phone and to take the screen capture for this post. I will flash it back to the stock Sprint 3.35 Rom before I send it. It will be Sprint stock when you receive it.

Obviously it will be your responsibility to cover the shipping on the Touch and mine for the Mogul. You will ship first and when I receive it and if its new and acceptable condition then I will ship out the Mogul within 24 hours with insurance and require a signature upon delivery. I recommend you ship the same way. Might be a few more bucks but you have to cover your *** you know?

**P.S If the Touch is not in acceptable condition I will consider you a shady cat for wasting my time and the return shipping for your phone will be snail mail wrapped in a brown paper bag with duct tape holding it in place. Basically the cheapest because it will be out of pocket for me. You know if your phone is new or not so please don't waste my time/money. New phone is mint condition maybe lightly used with NO visible marks.

Well I guess I'm just going to have to buy another Touch. A few more days and I'm going to delete this thread.

As much as I applicate all PMs about my Mogul I must remind people to reread post #1 before You send any more. I will NOT send it out first so stop wasting your breath asking. I understand that everyone doesn't have 2 or 3 phones, But if you cant be without your phone for a few days or don't have a sub phone maybe this is not the barter for you. Think about it this way. If a total stranger came up to you on the block and asked you to trust him with 400$ of your money would you do it? Right I know you wouldn't so stop asking me to. Again reread post #1.

Man the last few people that sent me PM's I thought the deal was done then after 5 or 6 messages between us they pop out with "I cant be without my phone can you be flexible?" Short answer is NO, Long answer is NO but maybe you can buy a Cheap $20 phone of Craigslist to hold you over for a few days.................

Your right it is trust. Apparently you distrust your fellow man the same way I do cause I don't see you see you in a hurry to send me your phone on good will.

I have to ask this. You read my post right? So you saw that just this morning where I wrote don't even write me to ask if I'm flexible cause I'm not. Also it didn't help you your post count on the Geeks is 0.

I'm not here to rob anyone and its not even about needing to get rid of this phone to buy a new one. I have quite a few phones and I know a Touch is now about $200 on eBay. It was to help some cat in a forum I live in - that got a touch from Sprint but wanted a Mogul. We both know you cant pick and choose with Sprint.

I decided its not worth the head ache . I'm keeping my Mogul and buying a new Touch off FleeBay Friday for $200.
