It is a used EVO 4G, perfectly fine, rooted as can see from pics. The only flaw is the chip in the lower right hand corner as can see in the pics. The screen is fine and operated great. The scratches on the screen are on the screen protector, the itself is flawless. Will include the otter box case and 8gb Microsd.

Update: While on vacation had a little accident and had to replace the screen digitizer, the replacement one has a scratch on it. I am willing to part with it the way it is for 140 shipped FIRM.

Replaced the bezel and everything from a used one, the bezel is beat up but not cracked or anything.

At request I can replace the glass with a brand new one and keep price at 160 and just place on ebay.
