It comes with all of the original parts including the Box.

It has been cased and had a screen protector since day one.

It has Gingerbreak but can restore to original condition if preferred.

Has a hard rubber snap on case with sleeve and belt attachment.

Has a new Verizon anti glare screen protector installed.
