what do yall think if I made that move....making our site more like the pros :D of course only if I can find a good wap module. ;)Ideas comments and what not....Im all ears. :)

I run a couple of vB sites, and have imported 1 from phpBB.

How familiar are you (and the other admins) with vB? Its alot different than phpBB.

If you need any help, I would be more than happy to offer assistance. I've been running vB for a few years now, and although I'm not a pro by any means, I'm still pretty good at it.

As far as the WAP module...There's a couple options. There's a few "Lite" styles that you could use that work pretty well for a PDA but not so much a cell phone. Then there's always WiForums which I believe is what they use on SU...but its not free.

Most of the other sites I use are vB. It took a little getting used to, but I like it. I've used php before. It's okay. Just different.
Preference would be vB, but if you don't change, it won't kill me.

I like vB more, but I think it is because most of the forums I visit use it. This is still a great site reguardless of the software that runs it. :D
