Happy Birthday PPCGeeks! 6 Years and counting!
PPCGeeks was founded on this day six years ago to be your go to spot for everything Pocket PC related. Boy how things have changed over the last 6 years. We had the smartphone explosion and now almost everyone owns at least one smart device, wither it be Android, Windows Phone or iOS. I want to think everyone who continues to join us here and contribute by sharing your knowledge of your device with us. Without all of you this site would have never been anything and I want to thank everyone for that. We are currently working on some fresh ideas and changes for you guys in the future. Bare with us as we get the ball rolling around here. We hope that you stick around and help us last another 6+yrs!

Wow Mike, it sure has been 6 years, and a lot has changed in that time. Wow, we went from being WinMo PPC-6700 centric to a full smartphone forum. In some ways I miss those days when helmi was starting all the WM kitchens, and it was a big deal to flash a ROM. I learned everything I know about WinMo here and it gave me a real good start when I made the move to Android. Long live ppcgeeks! And congrats on the long-overdue nuptials too. I wish you and Courtney all the best, you guys have a wonderful life together.

Wow, 6 years! Been here since my first WinMo phone. Couldn't have asked for a better or more helpful group then here. Saved my "bricked phone" more than once and an invaluable amount of tips, tricks and advice. For all that, I thank you. Here's to 6 more years and beyond!!

Re: Happy Birthday PPCGeeks! 6 Years and counting!
Yea, it's not like the old days back with the WM 6.5 builds showing up almost every day. When I would come home from work just to check this fourm to see if a new build popped up and see what people's results where with it.
How times have changed. I do hope WP7 turns into what WM 6.5 was but, who knows. Even though I feel traffic here has majorly dropped, I still hope the owners here are succesfull and look forward to see the changes that come forward. Just dont forget your roots. |
Happy birthday to this excellent VBB site :)
