Random 2-3+ second page loads
If you haven't noticed, over the last few days, we've had random 2-3+ second page loads. Most of the time, the page loads will be normal, but every couple of minutes you might have a longer load time.
I've narrowed this down to the PHP processes. They keep dying and restarting every couple of minutes, and the process restart takes 2-3 seconds. It has always done this to prevent memory leaks, so its a normal PHP function, but it seems to be occurring more often over the last few days than it used to. I hope to have it fixed soon. |
Re: Random 2-3+ second page loads
Thanks for the heads up Frosty! I noticed it was happening more frequently this weekend but knew you would be on top of it.

For me tonight and all day it's been 2-5 seconds......from 2 different locations. I know you're working on it though! :)

Re: Random 2-3+ second page loads
I noticed it, but always thought it was because I was loading like 3 or 4 threads at a time LOL....Good work Frosty!!

Re: Random 2-3+ second page loads
I may have fixed this or atleast made it better. I've been watching it for the past 10 minutes and php-cgi hasn't died yet.
I'll watch it more tomorrow. |
