windows soundtest exe goese into download mode
 

hi iv been trying to make my phone louder .iv read about the windows soundtet exe file but when i try to run it it goee into download mode and doesnt move i have to pull battery to get out of download mode. can anyone tell me why this happens and i there anther way to boost my sound .not call but ringer and media:(
