If anybody wants there start menu like this just extract the file to the windows folder using total commander.

Are you using a program like Resco File Explorer that can overwrite files in ROM?

you need to soft reset and make sure the file is unziped

its unzipped and I'm using Total Commander, thanks, I just flashed to another ROM with a black theme, so I'm good
