so all i need is one of the files from the three folders? or extract them all into one folder then hit PDA? sorry im pretty new at this.

Download all three rar files to the same place, then open up any of the files in 7-Zip (just use part 1 to make things easy). You will see the IMG file listed. Just extract that one file and then the pieces will be automatically combined.

ok that takes care of the image file, but what about the PDA part? i clicked on it and it seems to only take .bin files. do i just forget about it?

Yes, you only need to flash one. Once you load up the image file, flash away.

I don't think that the three parts on that website work any longer. I got errors after downloading in both 7zip and Winrar that said the files were incomplete or damaged. Please re-host the CF03 image file if you can,

They should work, but if you haven't flashed CF03, I would use the official Samsung update tool as that will ensure a successful flash (and a warranty replacement if it isn't). Then use UMDL for flashing the custom ROM BIN's. Go here and click either Windows XP or Windows Vista depending on which one you're using (Vista 32bit only) and download from there and follow the instructions.
