halo. am new to windows devices.
I m using samsung omnia sgh-i900. my phone version being shown as
pda: sgh - i900DDH4/DDH5
phone: sgh - i900DDH4.
Do need to upgrade?? can windows6.5 be installed on my device as I see many roms here??please help. looking forward for your advice . if I need upgrade where can I find it . Am from india will this make any change .
your tweaks were nice I can feel them working. Also m usig xscalar cpu bt I see only speed till 500 mhz. where as I thnk the cpu is 640mhz am I running an old version???
also my windows updater is showing cannot establish connetion whereas I have unlimited data plan is it my network problem or my windows??.

most of the roms here are for the I910, which can NOT be used on the I900. If you check here at MoDaco there are tons of roms for the I900. alot more then the I910. Shokka makes some nice roms, but check them all out and find one you like.

thanks bro. i followed the link nd read the step to flash my omnia.but the roms are quite messed up.:s could u find me a windows 6.5 rom for indian omnia :) i found a post of stable roms but everyone have different opinion nd it is making me confusec. i want fast stable nd with less bugs 6.5rom
am a newbie and dont knw anythng abt updating .

WM 6.5 is new, and the builds are all from the latest releases, put that into account and the fact that the i900/910 is set for WM6.1, so you will have some minor issues with every ROM. With that being said, in my own experience all of them are stable. You should READ the release notes and the comments made about any release you like, and try them for a few days. Try in here, modaco, samsung-omnia.org and omniarom.com they all heve some i900 ROMs. WE can't/won't choose a ROM for you this is something you need to do. If you are new than you have a LOT of reading to do.
