Old softbar on newer 6.5 builds ?
 
I couldn't find info on this.
Is there a way to have old softbar back on newer builds?
New one is taller and gives less of screen space which I don't like, plus some programs get covered by it on the bottom.

No. Also, the top bar is shorter so you are not really losing any screen space.
