semi-noobie question about icons
 

Could anyone point me to a "how-to" for replacing icons with custom ones. I'm running Adryn's WM 6.5 base with SpbMobileShell and Resco Explorer for my regeditor.

Mainly, I've got a load of the iPhone style icons from xda-developers, but don't know where to put them so the system will load them up instead of the pre-existing ones.

BTW, these are great threads and I a HUGE thanks to all you VIPs helping us plebes...the things you're allowing us to do with the Omnia are just amazing.

Not exactly what you asked, but this link's SUPPORT tab upper right shows you the icons you get in this app. Its very nice, works well on my Omnia

Lemme go on a bit...if you just install this you get to "pick" which buttons you use. Many choices. Very fun. Very flexible....and WAY easier than the link you found (which I'm sure works great, but....easy is nice too :p )
