how can i change the file location from my docs to my storage?

The easiest solution is to flash to a cooked ROM. After much effort, the chefs were finally able to re-instate OBEX which allows for bluetooth transfer to 'My Storage'

i knew that was gonna be an answer.Is there an reg tweak i can do to get it to my storage because i dont wanna flash.

Fair enough, not everyone wants to flash... And no, there is not a reg tweak that I know of.

You have two alternatives:

1) Just use the standard "my docs" folder with bluetooth as you are forced to do now, and then move the files to their appropirate locations later with your file explorer (although you won't be able to do this with large files since the device memory is limited)

2) Contact one of the chefs (Adrynalyne, BlazingWolf, bgill, etc..) and ask them how to set up Obex on your non-flashed phone

Ok, I thought it was me. In my blue tooth settings I clearly have the FTP marked to go to a specific file on my storage. 90% of the time when I send a file to my phone it goes to "my documents" on my device. I enabled OBEX with the Advanced Confirguration Tool and my files are STILL going "My Documents." :-x

I am also using the latest cooked ROM by Bgill55 (MD2 version).
