ive been searching on this and want to make a cab does anybody know where and how to start on this

wince cab manager is the best way to make a cab, you can download a trial from HERE!

what I'd like to know is how do you make a cab for a panel? I use SPB Finance and every time I flash I need to re-make my Finance panel.
