End button functionality
 

I seem to have lost the end button functionality in some cases. Like when in a call, I have to wake of the screen before the end button works. Also when I hold the button the phone no longer locks. Can someone lead me in the direction for these settings in the registry. I have already checked the Settings/system area and the radio button for lock on hold is ticked.

There are no settings in the registry for it. Its dll based.

Do you have Pocketshield or AEButton Plus installed?

Not that I know of. Used Wozzers 6.1 V5w/M2D then installed a few apps but nothing of that name.

I posted on MODACO but it fell upon deaf ears. As soon as I figure out how to backup my contacts I am going to try a hard reset.

Use Microsoft Myphone. Incredibly easy. I sent you a PM as well.

I had a problem with losing the End button functionality when using Coreplayer. If I used the End button for any hotkey function in Coreplayer, it would disable the End key even when i exited Coreplayer.

A hard reset fixed it. I installed all my apps and made my reg nacks and it still works. I must have deleted something by accx.dent.

OK I slowly reinstalled apps and found that it was Microsoft's Remote Desktop Client that did it. I uninstalled it and the button worked again.
