Internet Sharing? where is it? how do i get it?
 

I have upgraded to the Rom from modaco in order to acquire GPS.. however i just noticed that i dont have Internet Sharing like i used to with my HTC's.. is this something that maybe i can get a .cab for or do i have to switch to the Adrenalyne Rom?

you don't have to use Adryn's rom for internet sharing. it's not in the build.

i wish that i could get my internet sharing to work on my omnia. either case, are all the ics files the same? you may have to check the HTC forums for the correct ics cab. i'm just guessing here. but i know that there is a huge thread for the omnia and internet sharing over at modaco. if the cab file that he's posted over there will work for ya, then there ya go. good luck.:)

In the future do a search before starting a new thread, I did a search for 'ICS"

Its built into my rom as of version 1.2.

Uncheck advanced network functionality under connections tab in settings. (USB to PC).

Let the drivers reinstall on your machine.

Go to ICS, and connect.

do you have to connect to the net with your phone before hooking it up via usb and then hitting the ics connection? i'm just tossing this out there, 'cuz i thought that i read that step somewhere. i couldn't get mine to go either, so i gave up for a bit.
