I use SPB weather 2.1, however it isn't free, so I don't know of any free ones, but then I am fairly new to the Omnia myself.

Weather Watcher is a decent app, and it's free. :)

M2D has weather built in.

Its pretty and free too :D

Is M2D difficult to install? I tried once and it seemed like there were a lot of .cab's to install. Can you point me in the right direction on how to get it?

I'm trying to find one that gives like text products/notifications when there are watches/warnings or even hazardous weather outlook products, etc. Any suggestions that may be free or close to free but not a subscription?

Its cooked into one of my ROMs.
The next easiest way to do it is via All in one installer.
