Incoming text messages display wrong time
 

When I recieve a text message, it says it came in 7 hours before the current time. For example I get one now (10AM) it'll display 3AM as recieved. Anyone know a fix for this? Thanks!

There are a couple of things to check for with this issue, often just a clock setting. To check for the clock's setup select Start\Programs\Clock then select Menu then Options. Under Options select Automatic system time zone update to "ON" position. Let us know if this works for you.

I just changed the time and zones manually. Now it works. Thanks Hoss!

I just had the same problem with my phone. I made the changes as detailed above, but there is another thread here about the same thing, and one post says it is a known bug for Verizon/Samsung.

I did not have this issue on other text messages, and am quite sure that I didn't make changes to the clock settings in-between, but who knows.
