Storage memory
 

Ok so I used ClearTemp and SKTools and got a little bit of memory back, here is what i have now, it is average for a Verizon i910? Does anyone know?

yup that sounds about right. Maybe you should try some of the stripped down roms floating around here on the site if you want more memory. Right now I have about 100mb of device storage memory availible after installing about 7 programs.....including SBP3

ok kool i am waiting for the VZW update cos my phone is quite new and still under warranty :), thanks for letting me know tho, So when you say you phone has 100mb of device storage memory is that using a stripped down rom? or just adding the storage and program memory together?

Nah that's just the device memory. I am not including "My Storage or Storage Card'

yeah i didnt mean My Storage or Storage Card i meant in the memory option it shows Memory for Storage and Programs on the main menu, did you mean 100mb between those 2 options?

How comes your Storage is 131.95 total? and mine is only 88.69 total? is this another crippling things VZW did to me? or it it just a different ROM with more Start memory? or something

Yeah i am using Adrynalyne's 0.2 custom ROM. Alot of "extra" apps are removed. Nothing I really used anyway. I was able to customize it to my liking.

oh ok, so with a custom rom, the actually total memory goes up, not just the free memory, thats nice.

It depend on what the ROM cooker decides to include with the ROM. They may leave it bare (my personal preferrance) or load it up with apps that they think people will like. Some ROMs have ported versions of other PPC's interfaces....i.e. Touchflo2D.
