New Weather Bug Widget Help!!
 

I installed the new rom and all was well and working. Then I was in the windows folder looking around through file explorer and I accidentally clicked on a file in there called weatherbug.xml or something like that and then the file disapeared. Now the weather bug widget wont find any city when you search or anything, can someone copy that file from there windows folder and post it here... or is there any other advice for me. Thanks for the help guys I appreciate the effort on this forum.

I just checked mine and I only see a "weatherbug.wgt" file. I don't see an XML file.

I have not configured the Widget though (I don't use the samsung Today items). So maybe that file gets created when you configure the widget.

Have you tried either removing the location from the widget and then re-addng, or changing the location to somewhere else, then changing it back?

Maybe thats the file i need. I dont really remember the extension on it it was weatherbug."something". If you could send that file cuz I really dont want to reflash just to get this to work. Thanks for the help.

I had to "zip" it so I could post it.

Unzip and copy to your /windows subdirectory

If it doesn't work, a Hard Reset will restore you to the new ROM's defualts (with working Weatherbug).

It worked out great. Thanks again for all the help and advice, the quick responses and effort from everyone on this forum is what truly makes this site one of the best.
