PPCGeeks - Lock Question

To edit the registry you need to get a registry editor. I use resco, which comes with resco file explorer. it however is not free, but if you search, there are free ones out there. total commander comes to mind, but there are a few.

if you go the registry route make sure you backup everything on your phone just incase you mess something up and have to hard reset.good luck my friend.
