OS Remind Me
 

Ok, I love this program because it repeats a text message alert every 5 minutes and vibrates.

But... I hate how it shows up on the bottom of my today screen and takes up a full line on the today screen.

I guess I have 2 questions.

1.) Does anyone know a solution so that OS Remind Me won't show up on the today screen (task manager or active program list or whatever it's called)?

2.) Does anyone know a good program that does the same thing but doesn't show up on the today screen?

SPB Phone Suite can. So can Phone Alarm. Not sure if they require them to be enabled on today screen or not. Both give audio cues. Either of them can be made very small when it comes to screen real estate. I have mine at top (SPB).

Yeah phoneAlarm will do the same thing and there is a "hidden" skin you can use for the today screen (which I use) since phoneAlarm needs to be active and running on the Today screen to work. You lose functionality of quick access to some features of phoneAlarm but you can create shortcuts for different profiles.
