Anyone having MMS problems?
 

Starting yesterday I seem to be having problems receiving MMS messages. They do no download no matter what I try. I do a reset and they download ASAP. Then the next MMS message starts the cycle all over again.

I will most likely restore from my last backup, but I wondered if this problem rang any bells here.

Several people have reported data connection issues. Perhaps this is causing a problem for you?

I had one message that wouldn't download so I gave up on it. Then later last night I tried again and it worked perfectly. Got another today and it worked. I figured it was a fluke.

A few weeks back VZW experienced some data network issues in the eastern US states (so they told me). During this time I had an issue with MMS just as described above. Once the data network was corrected VZW still needed to reset my data account by turning it "off" then re-activating it back "on" and since then all has been good. No idea if this will be your solution but it worked for me.

I did a hard reset and restored from a backup and the MMS seems to be working (I have to wait for one to come in now LOL). The data problems VZW had that were mentioned here sounds like a reasonable cause....maybe in resetting/restoring I effectively 'refreshed' the data connection as well.
