No zip extraction??
 

i was trying to instal that SPbMobileShell program on my Omnia, but from my understanding its supposed to be a "zip" file and my phone doesnt have a zip extractor, so i tried going to the website give in the readme file, but it says that "pocketrar380 is not a valid ppc application"

You can just download a .cab file from the spb website. Just install, no need to unzip/extract.
With just FileExplorer you can extract .zip files, but not .rar ones.

Correct ^^^^^^. You may have d/l'd the wrong format. Zip or .exe files are designed to be installed with your device connected via AS or WMDC. .Cabs are installed directly fon your device

It might have come in a zip folder...
If that happened, extract that from your desktop, and then install the cab.

Here's the actual PocketRAR .cab file. At least it should be...Let me know if it doesn't work.

Thank you guys for all your help with this, but it just led me to another issue. I was trying to install SPB and i was following the instruction on the readme file, well "Install_WQVGA" file, when i try to install it, it says that the 2.1.2 version is not found, so i tried installing that, and give me the same thing. What am i doing wrong?

why are you trying to install spbMS2.1 from an .rar file? Just d/l it straight from the source.

Why is the file in a .Rar packet? is it cracked or something:scratch:

BTW: i got the download from changeskin.net, i saw that site on here so is that a cracked version? lol
