Data Connection Disable

I've been looking around a bit but couldn't find anything specific.

How do you all disable the data conection after your done with it. I have the touch pro and I can just hold down the end call button, but on my wife's Omnia this doesn't work and I have to go through a few menu screens. I looked through the Settings->Buttons->end key tab, but the only option on that tab is "lock device" radio button and I can't uncheck it.

Any one know of a way to turn on the end call button long press for disabling data connection?

I had the same issue and there is no way to do that. You have to install a program called nodata and use it to disable the Verizon Wireless Broadband.

Hi, i have a omnia I900L and in my Settings->Buttons->end key tab there is a option to set the end button to disconnect data when pressed.

Thanks

sadly, the verizon version just has a radio button to enable lock, and you can't uncheck it... no option for disconnect data...

Does that no data cab always prevent data, or can you just run it to stop the data whenever you want?

Everytime you want to change the data on or off you must run the program.

It's a cool program - it's an on/off switch for data. I run an exchange and hotmail account on my phone, and they don't have a way to disable direct push. The program allows me to shut off data so the two email clients don't automatically connect (if need be).
