iPhone Skins

Man over at XDA and other sites, we have dozens of iPhone skin variation from supporting SPB Mobile Shell to WAD to stand alone icon skins.

Understand having skin to make your phone look nice and often time make it simpler to use WM devices, but iPhone skins are getting over kill here.

I am getting a bit tired seeing all of them. Get a freaken iPhone if you love it so much.

Anyone else tired of it too?

I know i am! Whats so good about a bunch of shortcut icons on the main screen. TouchFlo is way better. Oh well, that's just my 2 cents.

I always felt it was silly to mimic another phone. It just feels wrong.

the iphone does have features that some ppl may find appealing, not me in particular, but some....
*shrug* i don't really care, if ppl are making them and sharing them and others are finding use for 'em, more power to the community! Hell, i'd love to have a phone that can have anything from any other phone...

If you really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really want an iphone theme for your Touch Pro go to pocketpcfreeware.mobi, search for ifonz 9.9, click on it, it'll state there's a new version which has VGA support, it's a nice program, I like playing with different looks, you can change icon size, backgrounds, add up to 20 pages. Fun to play with but I use TF3D 90% of the time.

It is funny you post this now, cuz i just transitioned from Manila to a program called winterface. It is not a lookalike, but it is the same functionality minus the launch functionality. It is nice since it is snappier than manila, and drains MUCH less battery, but I will be back with manila soon.

Hib,

I use Winterface also. I like it. It seems organized and easy to access multiple apps. It does freeze up my Mogul among other issues.
