Been having sync issues between PCs.
 

I have my work PC ActiveSync set to change the device if there are any changes. I have my Home PC set to replace items on my PC if there are changes. However, it keeps replacing my contacts at WORK with whatever is on my device (even though it is set to NOT do this). Any thoughts?

If it helps, I'm using Vista at home and XP Pro at work. I've heard of issues when syncing between two PC's with different OS, but I have not had this problem before.
