Auto correct issues???
 

I'm having issues with the auto correct feature of the Omnia. 2 different issues actually.

On both my wife's Omnia and mine, the standard winmobile auto correct is not working. Its turned on, and all the check boxes indicate it should be working, but... alas... nothing.

I've installed the trial version of the SPB keyboard, and the autocorrect works with it, but only when you are using the full screen keyboard, not the portrait or landscape versions.

Now... on just my wife's Omnia, she can't seem to get rid of the XT9 popup when using the Samsung keyboard. Even when the XT9/ABC box is displaying ABC, the XT9 will pop up and kick her butt.

Any ideas? Any other keyboards out there better than the SPB keyboard?

Ok... lets start here: Does anyone else have the autocorrect feature ACTUALLY working on their Omnia?

Winmo autocorrect does not work with the Samsung supplied keyboards, unless you disable xt9. Even then, I am unsure if it works completely. If you start typing with xt9, and switch to abc, it still uses xt9..is that your wife's issue?
