is there any way we can download java on omnia , like other regular phone that have java already install to play games , i want the regular java not that J2ME that comes on this phone ..... .. thanks ahead for anycoments

Try using what I just uploaded... It works on the Touch Pro and other WM phones... Hope it works for the Omnia as well... Either way, let me know!

Not sure if it is exactly what your looking for (pretty sure it is though) but I have Java installed on my Omnia currently from this thead.

I'm using jbed on my Omnia with gmail. The keyboard input isn't great but it does work.

Pinyon, how did you get it to work? I installed jblend from the .cab in the other post that syrguy provided. Then I went to m.google.com and downloaded the gmail app. It appeared to install, but I can't figure out how to access the program. Did a soft reset to see if it would show up in Programs, but.. no luck.
