Can not make phonecall
I have a Omnia SCH-i910, about a week ago it started not letting me make a phone call. What happens is when I dial a number and hit send the screen will say dialing, but nothing happens and i can not end the call without resetting the Omnia. Or it will say phone is off, but will not let me turn it on. Also if I receive a phonecall it will not let me answer it. If I do a hard reset it will work for about two hours. Everything else on the Omnia acks fine. Could someone please help me?

Sounds like it needs to go back to the store.
Try this first, do a hard reset, then when it has come back up, do a soft reset (turn off/then on). After that dial *228 (send), and then press 1 to program the phone. Soft reset and see if it helps. If you want you can then dial that number again for option 2 to update your roaming tower list. Good luck! |
