cant get net.3.5 or mIQ to install
 

yes i did search... nothing worked. i did have mIQ on my phone and yes i have used it. one day i opened it and it wont work. i get an error. then i tap closed and a error pops up that net.3.5 isnt installed. i try to reinstall it because i know i did before. it tells me i have a previous version and to remove it first. i cant.
kind of stuck here. couldnt even do it in the reg.
really dont want to hard reset if i dont have to.

any ideas?
