Any fix for HORRIBLE reception?

Is there anything I can do with my SCH-i910 to get better reception?

I NEVER have coverage but almost ANYONE else with a VZW phone can sit and make calls while I have nothing.

Love the phone but the reception renders it almost useless.

It wouldn't hurt to do a *228 (send) twice: the first time choose Option 1 to "program" your phone. The second time choose Option 2 to update your tower roaming list. Hope this helps!

I don't know if Sprint uses *228 or not. I know that both VZW and USCC do.....

Call Sprint's Customer Service, or take it into a store - worth a shot.

I tried that but I got hit by lightening and it fried my phone. Which is OK since I couldnt use it as a phone anyway. :)
