Guys anyone who can help me, i flash all day long diferents rom , i made everything as far i now and i has been reading for few days and i can only use USB tetehr because i dont know how to root or get work wifi tether just in 1.5 i can use ......

I have a Samsumg Moment with Custom Rom from calk.. with 2.1 update 1 DD03 w build number calk eclair dd10

from my understanding, there are issues with the drivers in 2.1 that don't allow wireless tethering... and that the devs need the source to be able to work around it. not sure what the exact issues are, but this is one of the reasons i've stayed at 1.5 root.

This is correct. There is no wifi tether for 2.1 right now. Without the kernel source it is not possible.
