Gmail

Gmail is giving me trouble. I can recieve emails but it won't send any at all. They just sit in the Outbox

Delete and configuration and redo
Or move what's stuck in your outbox to drafts one at a time

i've actually restored everything and still does the same thing

Restored? What if your restore has the problem, it would move over when you used the restore...
I say delete your gmail configuration and redo it

Since GMail stores all the email on the server, and it only takes about 30 seconds to type in the username and password, I agree that elephant's idea is probably the quickest and easiest to try.
