keyboard back light
 
ok im new here but i have been looking everywhere can anyone tell me if there is an app to keep the keyboard light on on my moment when im texting, it only stays on for a few seconds than goes out . any help in this would be great thanks

i used to find it annoying as well but all you have to do is quicjkly and gently swipe optical joystick (black center square between talk and end/power key) and backlight comes right on. it takes getting used to.

Well I found a value that I would like to change and I've tried all the tricks I know how to try without success, does anyone know how I can replace the brl_timeout file located in /sys/module/keyboard/parameters/

I was able to pull the file to my computer, when I tried pushing it to my phone it said operation no permitted

Before CL14 I could open and close the keyboard and it would turn on when it was on low battery. Now it doesn't work.

I WONDER IF IT WOULD LET U PUSH IT TO THE PHONE IN DL MODE...

BATT OUT THEN IN THEN HOLD VOL DOWN CAMERA END KEY.

If you guys want your Moment keyboard backlight to stay on, go to the Market and download an app called "Lit Keys"

It's shareware but cheap. The latest version has been fixed to re-enable after reboot. Works real nice, open the keyboard, lights are on and stay on. Close the keyboard and the lights are off.
