couple of things i'd check... first that you have the right drivers:

(i can't post links yet since i'm <10 posts)... but there's a nice tutorial on sdx-developers under:
Confirmed Drivers for Recovery and Download Mode


do you get the USB connected on your phone's screen when you connect it to your CPU?

check to make sure menu > settings > applications > development > usb debugging is not checked...

Even with the drivers, it is very difficult to get Win7 to see the phone, at least consistently enough to flash at will. The drivers should be the same ones you have in PCStudio anyways.

that worked i had to used the recovery method but i can now mount my sdcard

It is both ok and possible, I used a custom update of CL14 to avoid the rooting hardships myself, but for those who already did it or just bought a phone you don't have that option.
