HELPPP!
 

I own a samsung intrepid and am still a newbie with this phone as I don't fully know all it's functions and what not. I don't know why but I cannot hear the other caller nor can the other caller hear me. No sound whatsoever. When I put an earpiece in then I am able to hear the other caller but the caller cannot hear me. Oh and does anybody have any idea how to sync the phone to the pc? I really need help! Much thanks!
