How To Dump Recent Samsung Upgrade

I recently sent the .exe over to some samsungs developers over at modaco. Here is what he told me to extract the PDA.bin from the update

"please extract from samsung.exe with help WinHex (or any hexeditor) with adress 0x529ED34 to 0xCFA8D34"

If this makes sense to anyone. Please dump this .bin file so we can possibly get the custom ROM party started!

Though I used to make PPC6700 Roms, my memory is lacking. If you send me a quick PM of Dummies Guide to what I need to do (using Windows 7) I'll do whatever you need me to do tonight while drinking :)
