alarms
 

my alarm does not work..
I also see that there are two alarms for this intrepid..Which one are you guys using.
There is Alarms and Clock and alarms..Alrams is a newer interface and Clock and alarms is the older windows mobile alarms..anyways, I have tried them both and they only work when they want..
anyone else having this problem

Yea I just had this problem yesterday. I was late for work yesterday because my alarm didnt go off. Most of the time it works but sometimes it doesnt go off even when it's set. I have no idea whats going on with it.

lets see if we can narrow it down, with these simple ques.
do you have spb shell loaded to it? I do
Which alarm do you use? Both
What are your sound settings set to?Im using the keypad # sign to toggle between on and off.

With these settings, I was awaken today.


I am thinking its something to do with notification queue as well, I went in there last night and deleted duplicates.

No im not famous...YET lol...no i dont have any extras loaded I just use the default WM alarm...I use the buttons on the side for the sound because I dont use just on and off...I use the vibration setting and then I also just cut the ringer down to a lower volume when I need to. And sometimes I hold the space key to turn the sound completely off.

There are two alarm apps in windows 6.5 and I think this is the cause.
On pg 32. of the manual you will read that there is alarm clock and wake up alarm...Ive tried each one and sometimes they work and sometimes they dont..
