I had the treo pro for a month and it was the worst phone...it has too many glitches like for one...I usually set the alarm on my phone to wake me up in the morning right?? I set it to vibrate and to make a notification sound, it only vibrates which means it loses it's audio and the only way you can get it to work is "Sprint's specialty technique," suprise!!! A hard reset!!!!! The audio will work after that for about a week and then it will disappear again. Same with the ringer, it will work for a while and then you'll start to miss calls. In other words, if you're not sitting in front of the phone, you will miss the call because it doesn't ring. I went through 3 of these and that's when they switched me to the Intrepid. I haven't had any problems out of this phone except for sending pic MMS msgs and I got that fixed and suprise I did it myself (with the help of a guy on here)!!!! And Sprint doesn't know how to fix those glitches for the Treo for some odd reason. The Samsung is just a better phone all together.

I just upgraded my ACE with the Intrepid yesterday. Forgot how much I missed the touch screen from my old PPC6700.
Anyone have this problem, I tried to register the phone on Samsung Mobile USA site but they didn't like the serial number, I finally gave up and emailed them.

I also have a Treo Pro & I am trying to figure if its worth it to make the switch. I am testing a BB tour, but I dont think its for me. The device is super quick but the internet going through rim is terrribly slow. It defeats the purpose of a Rev A device.

I have an upgrade & cant figure what to use it on.

So far I tested a touch pro 2 & the Tour. I need a front facing keyboard & I think I want to stick with WM due to some 3rd party apps I need.

I upgraded from a Treo 800W to an Intrepid. I also tried a Tour and a Samsung Moment to see if another platform would work for me.

I'm really enjoying the Intrepid so far. It does all the same things that my 800W did, but does them much better. Better internet, better speed, better bluetooth, better keyboard....better everything. It's a solid phone that I'm sure I will enjoy for 2010.

I liked the Tour and the Moment (especially liked the Tour), but needed to keep WinMo. The Intrepid is the closest thing to a WinMo Blackberry I can find.

Its a love hate love relationship with this phone..
I think if it was not for spb shell and SERO of course, I would have shot it.

The alarm is a pain in my arse.
Get SPB SHELL and then let me know what you think of the touch screen.
