Intermittent Internet access?

Anyone getting intermittent internet access on their intercept?

I am concerned because I recommended it to a friend and they may switch out some blackberry phones that are still within their 30day exchange period that is having issues with her internet cutting out..

She is on a family plan and the other 4 phones, 2 blackberries and 2 EVOs are not having this issue.

My wife has the Intercept and she complains about this same issue ALL the time. I am on the verge of doing a hard reset in an attempt to fix it. Has anyone tried this yet? Don't want to waste my time if I don't have to.

My wife's EV icon will go to D (dormant) when not using data, but after a while, it sometimes will not wake up.

She's perturbed for sure.

Follow up, in my case, the 3 people that had issues with their Intercept, returned them. 2 decided to get the EVO and 1 I got a Hero for.

Sprint Tech couldn't figure out why they were having the issue and mentioned it was a commonly reported problem. These were new out of the box, stock, new lines/accounts, and they aren't people that are into customization or modding their units.
