As others mentioned, Beautiful and Fancy Widgets, you can find Fancy apk on XDA or search google.. Beautiful has a huge theme selection, both used to look just like HTC Sense Flip clock.. as for the pinch homes, you only get 3 homes on the Epic so there isn't a need for it, since you're in the next home screen in less moves with a swipe to either the left or right.

It is still much easier to scroll through the screens though. Or you can just click the orb at the top for the home screen you want.
