Strange. Ok, thanks guys. I eventually got it up to like, 68% with the top bar reading full haha. Whatever.

As far as force roaming goes.. It is around the corner.. There has been a lot of recent posts in the last couple days of a APP for CDMA phones. The phone has to be rooted though.
