Removal of CIQ
Is it possible yet with the Samsung Galaxy S2?
|
The midnight Rom here says no CIQ, so I'd say yes.

Re: Removal of CIQ
Where do u look to see if ur rom has ciq removed, or how do u remove ciq from a stock rom?

Re: Removal of CIQ
If you are on a custom ROM, more that likely CIQ is removed. If you are stock, it is there.
For the ET4G, you need to root and install the removal by k0nane. Read this: [MOD] noCIQ for Epic Touch :: 10/2/2011 - xda-developers |
the most recent Samsung firmwear update has CIQ completely removed

Wonder when HTC will follow suit.

If it is a Sprint HTC phone, it will be soon. |

Thought I had read that sprint was asking the manufacturers for firmware updates that will remove CIQ. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1395841 |
