port WM6.5 from a rom with WM 6.1

I have a htc diamond
I have a ROM with WM6.1
I want to put in it WM6.5
wich files do i have to put in the rom and how
I have all the folders OEM, RUU, SYS ecc
i'm looking a lot of guides, but don't see nothing that explains this
please help me
