I wasn't sure whether anyone was aware of this awesome site. You can upload an MP3 and cut it to create a ringtone. You visit the link on your PCS phone, and it'll download to your phone.

what i use is the site, tagoo.ru. You can download free mp3s and than you can use mp3trimmer to make your own ringtones. Its great.

ive been using this for awhile and this past month its been acting weird and not letting me download anything on my phone.

myxertones.com is great its what I use for all my ringtones.

I use mobiletoones.com for free ringtones. It has very good collection of ringtones, wallpapers as well as themes
