has anyone ever found a ringtone of thr tv show the shield

Might I make 2 requests? I would like the chorus from the song "Bitch" by Meredith Brooks and if possible also the chorus from the song "jack and jose" by Roger Clyne and the peace makers.

I have the music files on my itunes, but I have no clue how to crop them and then get them in a format that I can use on my 700w. If you could by chance tell me how to make them myself, I would be happy to do so.
