Default Themes for WM2002, WM2003, and WM5

Hey guys, could anybody please post the default themes from the previous OSs...

Windows Mobile 2002 (I think this was the Microsoft Mobile theme)
Windows Mobile 2003 (and SE) (I am not sure about this)
Windows Mobile 5 (this was just blue background with streaks or strands)

I'd really appreciate it!
